Tips To Get Rid Of Under-Eye Dark Circles

No matter how lovely your eyes are, dark circles can be a major damper to all the beauty that eyes can impart to your face. While dark circles are mostly caused due to nutritional deficiencies and are addressed through dietary changes, some external natural treatments can work wonders when followed religiously and regularly

Cucumber slices A widely used remedy for getting rid of dark circles, cucumber never fails to eradicate or at least lighten them when used regularly. All you have to do is cut cucumber into circular slices and place them on your closed eyes and then leave them on for about 15 mins to half hour depending on how much time you can afford to spend on it.

Almond Oil Treatment
Thick dark circles are very likely a result of Vitamin E deficiency. And hence, Almond oil which is rich in Vitamin E when rubbed around the eyes can work miracles in treating dark circles when used every day for over two weeks.
Potatoes Just like cucumber, potatoes, when cut into circular slices and placed on the closed eyes can do wonders in getting rid of dark circles. While this is a less used remedy, it can be quite effective with slow but definitive results.

In addition to all these, getting a good night’s sleep and taking a break from staring into the screen every 15 minutes can help fight those stubborn dark circles and render your eyes as beautiful as they deserve to be!
